Remove Bubble Wrap, blue Tape and bag of small items.
Remove the top lid and place 4 AA Batteries. Close the top lid.
Toggle the switch to turn on the light
Make a sack by following a video below:

Place the small items anywhere you would like. Below is an example of placements:
