All MiniAlley kits are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to carefully pack and prepare your order for shipment.
- Tracking: Once your order labels are printed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)
We know you’re excited to start building! We primarily use expedited services to ensure your kit arrives safely.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days once it leaves our PA facility.
- Shipping Rates: Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
International Shipping (Outside the USA)
We ship our DIY kits worldwide.
- Shipping Options: During checkout, you will be presented with various shipping methods. Both the cost and estimated delivery time depend on the carrier and service level you select.
- Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their home country. MiniAlley is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by local customs processing.
