Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your MiniAlley build. If you change your mind, you may return your kit within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unopened condition.

  • Customized Orders: Please note that customized orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any personalized or custom-made items.
  • The Seal Rule: For safety and quality reasons, returns are only accepted if the factory security seal (tape sticker) is intact and has not been cut, peeled, or tampered with. Once the seal is broken, the kit is considered "in-use" and is no longer eligible for return.
  • Restocking Fee: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.
  • Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Missing Parts

Did you find a broken piece or a missing gear? Don't return the whole kit! We provide free replacement parts for manufacturing defects. Simply email info@minialley.com with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A photo of the specific part or wood sheet number from the instruction manual. We will ship the replacement parts directly to you so you can finish your masterpiece.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. A 10% processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover non-refundable merchant transaction costs.
