Is the kit good for beginners ?

Yes, MiniAlley is designed for everyone. For beginners, the precision-cut pieces and clear instructions make the assembly smooth and enjoyable. For advanced builders, the high level of detail provides a satisfying challenge. Many experienced makers also love using our kits as a base for custom painting, weathering, and modifications to create a truly unique display.

Is MiniAlley suitable for children?

We recommend our kits for builders aged 14 and up due to small parts and the dexterity required for assembly. However, younger builders often enjoy assembling MiniAlley kits with the help of an adult. It makes for a wonderful family project where you can build together.

What if my kit is missing a piece?

We are very sorry if a piece is missing. Please email us with your order number, where you purchased the kit, and your current shipping address. If you can, attach a photo of the sheet where the part should be. We will ship the replacement part to you immediately.

What do I do if a part breaks during assembly?

We understand that accidents happen. Please send us a photo of the damaged part and the condition of the box if it arrived that way. We can arrange a replacement shipment for the broken piece.

Can I customize the sign text on my MiniAlley?

Some kits allow for custom signs if purchased as an add on or during specific campaigns. If you have already ordered and want to change the text, please contact us immediately to see if it is still possible before shipping.

Do I need any extra tools?

We include most of the tools you need in the box, including glue and tweezers. You may need a few common household items like scissors or a ruler, but otherwise, your MiniAlley kit is ready to build right out of the box.

Does the kit come with lights?

Yes, every MiniAlley kit includes a fully functional LED lighting system to bring the scene to life. However, please note that batteries are not included due to shipping safety regulations, so you will need to provide your own.
